- Global Card Scheme. Delivered cross border digital product strategy and GTM plan for international travel solutions for European clients. Managed local and international design and development team to create, test and launch mobile application designed to drive transaction volumes and achieve 10% year on year growth. Typically, international transactions account for 30% of total revenue which in 2023 was $32bn. Goal to simplify and remove barriers to customer cross border usage.
- Global Telco. Responsible for Microsoft CSP strategic partner program management supporting 4 SaaS portfolios, 15 markets and 32 partners. SME portfolios with annual committed partner spend €200m+. Led Group and local teams to deliver transition, compliance and achievement of commercial partner goals (NCE) and accreditation (MCPP) achievement of which enhanced the go to market proposition.

Led local market resources to transition to new commercial platform assuring Group commercial performance compliance and achievement of KPI’s.
