I have detailed a number of examples here that draw from my time spent in payments, workplace transformation and energy transition with clients such as E.ON, Visa and Vodafone. I am commercial and have experience developing and delivering complex client bids and have held numerous client acount management roles. I deliver transformational change that leverages technology to deliver benefits for clients and customers. I work in environments where quality, sound ethics and good people are prized.

Global Renewable Energy Group. Delivered digital consumer sales transformation program for multi-business units (DE, SE, UK & IT) and launch of innovative digital energy consumer sales propositions (heat, PV & EV) as part of Group transformation. Achieved objective to increase customer interaction points, grow pipeline and improve sales metrics i.e. GM 25%+ CtA <15%, CtS <5% and NPS improvements 25%+.
Global Renewable Energy Group. Delivered workplace transformation for 45k users DE, SE, IT, UK, RO HG & CZ including workplace hardware, security, connectivity, unified comms, identity management and cloud services working with Microsoft, AWS, Intel and others. Delivered €30m year on year productivity improvements and reduced operational costs
Global Card Scheme. Delivered cross border digital product strategy and GTM plan for international travel solutions for European clients. Managed local and international design and development team to create, test and launch mobile application designed to drive transaction volumes and achieve 10% year on year growth. Typically, international transactions account for 30% of total revenue which in 2023 was $32bn. Goal to simplify and remove barriers to customer cross border usage.
Global Telco. Responsible for Microsoft CSP strategic partner program management supporting 4 SaaS portfolios, 15 markets and 32 partners. SME portfolios with annual committed partner spend €200m+. Led Group and local teams to deliver transition, compliance and achievement of commercial partner goals (NCE) and accreditation (MCPP) achievement of which enhanced the go to market proposition.
Global Telco - Strategic partner manager supporting 4 GTM digital portfolios and 13 Markets for small and medium sized segments. Led local market resources to transition to new commercial platform assuring Group commercial performance compliance and achievement of KPI’s. Delivered Group alignment to partner new accreditation model organisation would lose channel status and competitiveness. The shift to SaaS revenue model central to client strategy.
Global Renewable Energy group, Project Management – Responsible for multi market design and delivery of online sales journey for solar and heating utilising 3rd party API's and data sources. Executed roll-out across Italy, Sweden, Germany and UK. (B2C)

Focus on the reduction of customer interaction points but increased pipeline and therefore improvement in cost of sales metrics and conversion.
Global Card Scheme - Delivered cross border digital product strategy and go to market plan for international travel solutions for European card holders and issuers. Managed local and international near shore design and development team to develop and trial mobile companion application designed to drive transaction volumes and customer confidence in the use of card payments when travelling.
Global Renewable Energy group - Led workplace digital transformation program for 45k users across multiple countries and domains including hardware, security, connectivity, unified comms, identity management and cloud services working with vendors including Microsoft, AWS, Intel and others. Reporting to CDTO.
UK Telco – Adjacent market revenue strategy examining new opportunities beyond core services. Research focused on gaming, digital currency, and banking service and examined how the client organisation could address the value chain as secure revenue growth opportunities.
Global computing OEM – Led delivery of a SME application strategy and revenue model beyond clients core hardware portfolio. ISV Partner research completed to identify priorities for SME across ERP/CRM categories and preferred mode of usage and adoption.
Global Telco - Delivered partner program operating model objectives designed to deliver a series of secure network API’s for 3rd party application integration including payment, location and messaging. These services to be embedded in other large Tier 1 brand digital products.
Global Card Scheme - Design and delivery of regulated framework for new product and solution delivery engaging C level stakeholders. Required detailed client engagement and detailed regulatory understanding. Post delivery design and execution of a supporting multimedia communications plan managing production resources to deliver L&D objectives.
Global Telco - Product and country delivery manager for the leading African mobile payments platform service responsible for requirements and change management. Managing remote and local stakeholders to deliver product, development and test objectives to time and budget.
UK Telco - Product architecture and design delivery authority for multi media products identifying and modelling common cross product requirements and dependencies mapping to broader product architecture.
Global Telco - Unified Comms portfolio CPE product management working with suppliers and distributors to ensure product availability and compliance. Multi disciplinary role working with supply chain, tax advisory and finance to delivery operating model.
Global Telco - Unified Comms product design and delivery of customer and sales channel benefit modelling tool. Working with finance function and development team to model assumptions, build tool and produce outputs. Final product was public facing.
Global Telco - Led the development of System Integration partnership strategy for Global Telco. Acquired SI partners and integrated with large deal centre commercial governance processes. Target customers were shared multi-nationals cross sector with large enterprise application mobile deployment goals and workforces.
UK Broadband Provider - Design and implementation of network analytic solution designed to identify network anomalies and revenue affecting results.
